Explaining her frustration, she emphasized that paying for training should not come with extra work unrelated to learning. She described such behaviours as unfair and disrespectful.In her words, she said:“If someone is paying you money to learn a skill, you’re not their madam. You’re their teacher.If you say a price for your training and I pay that price in full, and you expect me to come to your shop by 7am to open and clean it for you, you are very mad.”
